A fire in the early morning razed parts of Puguis, La Trinidad, Nov 10,2024 when a gas tanker experienced mechanical failure and crashed onto a warehouse causing an explosion. The fire spread to nearby residential and commercial areas.
The tanker driver did not survive while his assistant suffered injuries and is confined in Benguet General Hospital.
Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) is in the process of conducting investigation, as of this time Puguis, La Trinidad intersection is not passable authorities advised motorist to take alternate routes from Longlong, La Trinidad until further notice.
