A Plaque of recognition is awarded to the Baguio Local Civil Registry Office for the Most Collaborative Civil Registration Activity in 2021-2022. The award was given during the 12th Northern Luzon Alliance Workshop on Civil Registry held last June 21, 2023 at the University of La Salette, Satiago City, Isabela.
