CGFI Green Water II remained in contention in the Men’s Regular A division of the 4th Cordillera Golfers Foundation Inc. (CGFI) Tournament after posting 231 points following two rounds at John Hay Golf Club and Pinewoods Golf Club.
George Punasen led the team with 37 PAL points, matching his Round 1 output. Douglas and Garry Puckett added 27 and 28 points, respectively, while Sonny Fontilla scored 22.
Davao Eagle Masters III, composed of Cris Tan, Rod Lo, Regino Capa, and Larry Baluso, compiled 217 points to stay behind the leaders. The Baguio Jungolf Association team of Marco Angheng, Nathan Belandrez, Sebastian Saycon, and William Sulit remained in third place with 197 points. In the Regular B division, Team Mankayan (Ramon Alimba, Donald Daganos, Daniel Mangallay, and Henry Rosito) led after scoring 83 points in Round 2.
Kalinga Mountaineers-Jubilla (Jeff Peralta, Jason Plan, Jaime Ramirez, and Tristan Tolentino) topped the Regular D division with 174 points, followed by Summit Mountaineers (Duane Bagayao, Robert Salicob, Ralph Sarol, and Ryan Sarol) with 170. In Seniors A, 3K Immipugo (Jun Adaci, Charles and John Baguilat, and Harry Paltongan) led with 320 points, narrowly ahead of Golden Razcals (Elias Bulut Jr., Bernard Capuyan, Don Dela Torre, Swanny Mangaoang, and Kit Moreno) with 317.
Pugo Adventure (Eugene Martin, Willy Cayat, Robert Basco, and Cesar Pasiwen) led Seniors B with 318 points, followed by Fairway Strickers (Joseph Dango, John Fomaneg, Aldrin Osha, and Nap Rosito) with 298. In Seniors D, Ropali-IGC (Nanding Ambatali, Romy Cua, Taby Joson, and Larry Tumaliuan) led with 209 points, ahead of Philex Golf Team B with 198. Baguio Olympics 1 (Carmela Bumactao, Demma Dulnuan, Angel Ruth Gonzales, and Annika Molintas) led the Ladies division with 190 points, followed by Igolfers USA 13 (Marceline Bangonan, Vivian Gomeyac, Gloria Moguet, and Kim Telles) with 184.
