Calivo started but sat out the rest of the first half before his third quarter explosion that saw him score 14 markers while adding four rebounds, five assists and four steals.

Prado Domerez, Jr., another former La Trinidad 2 player, poured 11 of his 14 points in the second half to keep Tublay afloat including a trey that saw Tuba’s lead down to nine, 60-51.
But it was the closest Tublay could get as Tuba had a 13-6 finish for the final score.
With the loss, Tublay fell to 1-2.
Tournament favorite La Trinidad was leading Buguias 17-4 as of this writing.
Women’s volleyball game resumes tomorrow also here, with Sablan hoping to win its second game against Bakun. Itogon also tries to improve to 2-0 against Kibungan, as well as Kapangan and La Trinidad who are facing Tublay and Buguias, respectively. CEGYCC Release
