I wonder how one can process thoughts and emotions so much that we momentarily forget the sadness. Perhaps it’s a positive thought to share good vibes or humor. The laughter so loud exercises our jaws and face muscles. That’s why for one, there is such a thing called laughter yoga or even face yoga. I chanced upon America’s or was it Britain’s Got Talent show by a woman doing face yoga. Although she struggled to convince the judges about the benefits of her winning through face yoga. Everyone enjoyed stretching the face even if it came out ugly. Even the likes of super model Heidi Klum’s face was not an exception. It’s rivettingly hilarious!
The mind is so powerful that when we begin with morning affirmations, truly our day stays happy. Maybe, putting a bit of salt in your shoes even works. They say the salt absorbs bad energy. I don’t know if you believe that.
Sometimes, it’s good to start with music that brings good vibes. The energy is endearing and the endorphins are working. Add some exercise, then you will feel better. Is mind conditioning like power to control the days ahead of you? Like super man’s bionic eyes perhaps, it seems and reaches deep into the core. Then eat a good hearty breakfast. Then the mood gets better.
Have you tried people getting angry on a daily basis? People who always complain? It’s toxic. But we can’t help it, people’s moods and reactions are out of our control. So turn around, go elsewhere and commune with nature.
Life is a joy. Let’s talk about that. Affirm that life is a surprise waiting to happen. Problems are not permanent. Yet, don’t overdo it lest you forget how to be grounded and mindful. Because overdoing is tantamount to delusions and Toxic Positivity. Be mindful, be empathetic, be grounded and you’ll be fine.
Maybe there is something like smile therapy. It would do good. Start the year right. You are more than what you think you are. You are made of jewels and gold and your future is built on an experiential journey. Nothing is perfect but at least try your best to smile. Maybe there is something like smile therapy. It would do good.
So need I say more? Just smile and be you. Laugh with reason and humor mindfully. There is such a thing as moods. Even mood disorders can change if you learn sometimes to condition your mind and just smile.
There are many reasons to smile today. I hope you realize that! I hope also that I made you smile my own way. Sending smiles everywhere you are – that is, mindfully!
