Sail On, Friend!

People come and go as they say. Yet, the ones who stay are the ones we have to be grateful for. Time is not even a valid argument for longevity. Relationships sometimes may be toxic but we don’t realize it until it’s too much or too late?

What is toxic is not healthy, but our minds can refuse to accept and acknowledge the same.

Denial is part of a process but it is also a process itself. There will be times that you will realize that you should let go. Why? It is because it is part of growing or perhaps a struggle you have to go through in order to be whole.

How many times have people entered and exited in your life? That sometimes, it is a thread of hand puppets or maybe a drama at play on stage. You ask yourself why – time and time again. Yet, you remain resilient and wiser each time.

God speed to those who left you in your journey. Keep strong with those who stays. Always prioritize your peace. Keep your mind healthy even in friendships and relationships. There’s no other way to keep your “ships” sailing.
